# Where can I find the charter flight times?
## Charter flight times
*This Article Applies to all Adventure Canada Small-Ship Expeditions Involving Charter Flights Arranged by Our Team*
Specific charter flight times will be shared during the mandatory briefing the evening before departure. You can find the time and location of this briefing in the Trip & Accommodation Guide within your Adventurer Package, though final details may occasionally change closer to departure.
Charter flight schedules can shift due to weather conditions, operational logistics, and aircraft availability—particularly in northern and remote regions. Because of this, timing may vary by a few hours, and we typically provide estimated schedules rather than exact flight times until closer to departure.
