When will I receive my final documents?
Expect final documents about one month before departure
Final travel documents are sent by email approximately one month before departure. These include your Joining Instructions, which appear in the Essentials section of your Adventurer Package. The Joining Instructions outline key details for the first and last day of your expedition, including timing, meeting points, and logistics. All information is provided electronically, and the only document you must carry with you is your valid passport.
