Final travel documents are sent by email approximately one month before departure. These include your Joining Instructions, which appear in the Essentials section of your Adventurer Package. The Joining Instructions outline key details for the first and last day of your expedition, including timing, meeting points, and logistics. All information is provided electronically.
The only physical document you are required to carry with you is your valid passport. It is also good practice to bring a copy of your travel insurance information for reference during your trip.
