What time is embarkation?

We usually aim for an afternoon embarkation, but each expedition follows its own procedures leading up to that point. Depending on your itinerary, this may include a mandatory briefing the evening before a charter flight, or a welcome desk on the morning before embarkation for collecting name tags, baggage tags, and transfer details.

For an overview of what to expect, we recommend reviewing your Trip & Accommodation Guide once it is available in your Adventurer Package. Final timing and logistics will be confirmed in your Final Joining Instructions, which are sent approximately one month before embarkation.
