What should I do if I lost something on board or on a charter flight?

If you notice an item is missing while you are on board, please visit Reception as soon as possible to report it and check the Lost & Found.

If you realize something is missing after your expedition, you are welcome to reach out to our client services team and we will do our best to assist. That said, once you have disembarked or left your charter flight, recovery is unlikely.
