What kind of footwear should I bring?
Choosing the right shoes for comfort and safety on land
You’ll be fitted with rubber boots at the start of your expedition for use during Zodiac-to-shore landings. These are ideal for wet landings and general shore access. However, for hiking on uneven or potentially wet terrain, we recommend bringing your own water-resistant or waterproof hiking shoes. Rubber boots do not provide adequate support for extended walks or hikes, so having proper footwear is key to staying comfortable and safe.
