This Article Applies to all Adventure Canada Small-Ship Expeditions

At Adventure Canada, all bookings are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions signed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy Summary

When notice of cancellation received

Cancellation Penalty

From time of booking until 121 days prior to departure date

Penalty: $2,500 USD per person, per trip  

Refund: Balance paid less penalty

From 120 days to 91 days before departure date

Penalty: 65%

Refund: 35%

If 90 days or less prior to departure date

Penalty: 100%

Refund: 0%
