# How do I update my booking details (dietary needs, medical conditions)?
## Updating personal information in the portal
*This Article Applies to Expeditions On Board the **Ocean Nova** and the **Ocean Victory***
A few months before departure, you will receive an email with a link and instructions for accessing your personal online portal.
If this is your first time travelling with us, the link will guide you through setting up your portal, where you will provide the key details we need to prepare for your arrival. If you are a returning guest, the link will allow you to log in to your existing account so you can review and update any information previously entered.
You can amend your medical and dietary details in the portal at any time.
If any updates could affect your travel experience, or if there is something you would like our team to be aware of, please do not hesitate to reach out. We will gather any additional details needed to ensure you are comfortable and that our team on board is fully prepared to support your needs throughout the expedition.
*\*For some expeditions, typically operated by our partners, we will provide a fillable form for you to submit your traveller details by email.*
