Can I opt-out of the charter flight?

While it is possible to remove the charter flight from your booking, we generally recommend keeping it as part of your itinerary. Charter flights provide important logistical flexibility, particularly in the Arctic, where weather and ice conditions can occasionally require last-minute adjustments to embarkation points. Traveling on the charter helps ensure that all guests arrive together and can reach the ship smoothly. Guests who choose to arrange their own flights may face challenges if plans change, including the possibility of missing the ship or needing to organize alternative transportation independently.

Mandatory pre-voyage briefings are typically held the evening before departure and are required for all guests. Travelling independently may prevent you from attending these important sessions.
