Can I opt-out of the charter flight?

While it is possible to remove a charter flight from your booking, we strongly advise against it. Charter flights offer crucial logistical advantages—especially in the Arctic—where weather and ice conditions can lead to last-minute changes in embarkation points. Travellers booking their own flights risk missing the ship or needing to arrange alternative transportation at their own expense.

Mandatory pre-voyage briefings are typically held the evening before departure and are required for all guests. Travelling independently may prevent you from attending these important sessions.
