Can I book my return flight the same day we disembark?

Departure timing tips and why an overnight stay may be the best option

This Article Applies to all Adventure Canada Small-Ship Expeditions

In general, we recommend planning your onward travel for at least one day after disembarkation, whenever possible. Expedition travel can be influenced by weather, sea conditions, and logistics, so allowing extra time helps ensure a more relaxed and seamless experience.

For many itineraries, particularly those that include a southbound charter flight after disembarkation, you may arrive in your final city of departure later in the day. This can make same-day onward travel more challenging.

If you feel comfortable booking a return flight on the same day as disembarkation, we strongly recommend choosing flexible airline tickets in case of any delays.
