Are passenger briefings mandatory?

Passenger briefing/orientation

This Article Applies to all Adventure Canada Small-Ship Expeditions involving charter flights arranged by our Team

Yes. For expeditions that include charter flights at the start of the journey, passenger briefings are mandatory. These briefings cover important pre-boarding details, flight logistics, timing, and key safety procedures to ensure a smooth start to the expedition. Briefing times can be found in your Trip & Accommodation Guide, located in the Essentials section of your Adventurer Package.

While the briefing is essential, it is also a great way to begin the adventure. It is often the first time guests meet fellow travellers and members of the expedition team, and it sets the tone for the journey ahead.

Briefings are also a daily part of expedition life. Each evening, the Expedition Team provides an overview of the day's highlights, discusses plans for the following day, reviews operational and weather considerations, and opens the floor for questions. These briefings are highly recommended, as they are one of the best ways to stay informed and get the most out of your expedition experience.
